CNC Machining
Witley Contracts provide CNC Machining services to a variety of clients in a number of industries including cutting, shaping, profiling, routing and drilling. Through our in-house design team we have the ability to produce furniture, panels and other wooden components to clients’ exact specifications.
With continued investment in state of the art machinery, software and training, our CNC machines can offer an endless amount of production possibilities. With three 3 axis CNC routers we can machine a multitude of materials to very exacting tolerances. We can manufacture one-off bespoke items through to high volume production runs and you can rest assured that any project undertaken will have been produced using the very latest and innovative technology.
Our automated processes ensure quality is maintained, removing the risk of errors whilst ensuring that we optimise the best yields from materials to produce cost savings and efficiencies whilst maintaining the ability to process 2000 boards per week. Materials can either be supplied to us by the client or we are able to source a wide range of materials at competitive rates from our network of suppliers.
Completed orders can be palletised for delivery or collection. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our furniture assembly or finishing service on any order. We are able to offer delivery of orders to anywhere in the UK so please discuss your requirements with our representatives.
